I think these are replacement personnel, after all the tweeks and poor reviews wouldn't be surprised they need new developers, or at least the old ones might have been dumped.
Im on the fence about management ability to perform, way too many mistakes, slow actions, and apear stumped on how to run the company, maybe they need to employ a pro manager, one with seriously good results, not rely on "well, l dont know what they rely on but whatever it is, it aint working for holders.
