Do you think the 133 staff and Management knows how a start up works? Clearly they do not and neither do you, going by the performance we have seen.
If they were a start-up they would go for a big scale first, scale up win a sizeable market share, raise more money and THEN they can reverse course slightly and go into the profitability route.
Not as simple as you think matey.
It is clear what they have done doesn't truly make them a start-up, they were too conservatives in the good times and now trying to spread its wings in bad times. Wrong and wrong. Terrible mistake. You are conservative when you are not growing and scale when opposite.
