    That sounds dodgy as F on their part.

    Also it appears that you trade through your own online broker and Barclay Capital was just handling your proxy for the votes for the last meeting?

    If so, why would Barclay give you an unsolicited call to advise you to buy or sell if they don't even get a commission from your transaction?
