Its the balancing act Ryzie. Do they go equity raise or debt facility.
I am thinking they would start first with at $25mil to $50mil equity raise to fund the first tranche of BNPL to get this off the ground.
And the subsequent funding can be done via debt raise.
Interesting to see Razer's bnpl partner Rely went straight for $150mil debt raise.
