Bear in mind Msia is under a full covid lockdown at the moment until Feb 4th and they may further extend the lockdown seeing how the covid numbers are tracking - currently still on an up trend there.
IOU's merchant onboarding could be restricted to only very small numbers as they can't go out to do any mass promotion to retail merchants in person.
