612 we live and learn. I would think with the amount of string at the end of this one you are going to do pretty well. As I have said we make decisions at the time to the best of our ability based on the knowledge we have. I had second thoughts of buying a few hundred K more at 16 and here we are so frustrating yes but happy for the success in any event.
