halve the circa 60 cent NTA and just about halve it again if you wish but you still have enough to support the current price. However, with a restructure/sale looming there is no way on whole it will be done at that sort of level.
Any drop will be small and not long term IMO, you go for it though. I agree about the rate cuts to a degree, but who said the success of FKP was reliant upon them?
