I don't think this statement is really that fair,
There has most definitely been news, Kate Vale signed on 3rd August (news) and Michael Rubinelli signed on 6th August (news).. The market reacted accordingly when that news came out rising to around 1.5c, since the 10th of August the SP has not risen, rather bounced around the 1.2c - 1.5c range.
I assume it will sit around this range, maybe drop down a bit depending on whether there is any news this week.
I think you might be looking at this company in a very biased way, not sure what you gain from magnifying certain aspects of the company but ignoring others to try prove something that only you might care about?
