    Around 2010 I recklessly bought penny stocks including this one in a small parcel. Figured it was a write off until a few years ago it started moving and I kept buying in by selling other duds and using NWE as a recovery stock. My target is at least 10c and the .05 increments increase I’m not satisfied til then.
