In keeping with the subject of this thread .... 12 month share price.
12 months PDN was trading around 4.90 when a placement was made of ~100million shares or around 15% of the company.
PDN has never recovered from the dilutionary effect this placement had on the company.
It may or may or may not have a bearing on the current price but when you add up the positives and negatives over the past 12 months the company is looking like its priced right where it should be.
In keeping with the subject of this thread .... 12 month share...
