    Not up ramping, down ramping, or side ramping... simply informing holders that test work on a new route to high grade vanadium pentoxide has just been announced by one of our vanadium mining cousins. I haven't dug deep enough to understand the pros and cons in comparison to TIVAN, but I do know being the best does not always win the race. Betamax v VHS anyone? My fear is that TNG with TIVAN is the Betamax.
