I think you've hit the mark albeit with quite a lot of force.

I don't see that its likely that directors will "reward" themselves with options then announce SARB/RBSA approval and also a resource upgrade.

I think at best all punters can expect is RBSA signoff, placement to mates, then resource upgrade in a 1-2 months.

To be honest I think RBSA signoff is more likely to be next month.
