The real unanswered question for me is not what the market penetration will be immediately after introduction, but what it will be one year out. That is, what will be the rate of acceptance over time.
Of course, initially there will be skepticism and inertia to be overcome. But if this works as well as is claimed, the rate of acceptance may be quite high. The key will be what dairy farmers tell each other about their experience with the product, and I don't think anyone has a handle on this part of the equation just yet.
