Fill your forms out and vote with your feet. Most small shareholders won’t vote and the gravy train will roll on and shareholder value will erode.

Ray has nothing to do with the current rise of the share price.

It’s daylight robbery, and shareholders need to make a stand and have a say in the direction of this company.

VKA is now at the fork in the road where it needs
a new project out into it otherwise this will be back below 1c when the current market climate deflates.

Ray seems to be banking on winning the Ghana court case before doing anything, but it’s my opinion that the court case should be running in the background whilst the company continues to move forward and bring appreciation to the share price.

The only way for this company to move forward is to put the machinations in place to remove Ray and a good start is by voting in the AGM.

I totally agree the court case should be going on in the background as everyone knows how much corruption is involved in Africa, so even though it’s a clear cut case all it would take is the Chinese to bribe low level office staff at the court house to delay the case.

Its like Ray is fixated on the case as a personal vendetta, I hope we all get a pleasant surprise with an acquisition soon.

The time is now to be doing an acquisition then hopefully recover the owed money in the future.
