Theres seems to allways be money to be made in the stock market over the long term just need sufficient cash on hand to get through the hard times so one can invest in the next upswing ie know when to hold them and know when to fold them. Bit of good luck allways helps as does faith. Doubt if there will be a Japan repeat when Japan stocks got hit they were trading an average PE of 70 ASZ probably is only around a 17 PE
