Seems like shareholders have lost their patiences with the company. Some long term holders here can afford to have their fund sit in a company like this and wait for a few years to see their returns, but most other and especially the institutional players don't have that sort of patiences. They are most likely tired of seeing their investments going nowhere and have decided to sell and move on to other investments.
Interest in the company has gone, and even tho I personally think it's been way oversold, I don't see this getting back above $2+ untill we start seeing some positive balance.
