1) Real estate values ( Commercial ) will fall over the next 2 years and not recover until approx 1012-13. (Therefore no capital gain for SP)
2) No dividend until lenders all paid back ( Therefore no yield for shareholders)
In my opinion only those that are in for the long term ( until say 2015 (or when a dividend is announced whichever is earlier) will see a realistic gain on share value.
