I can only really think of two reasons why it's been danced around, but maybe i'm missing something.
a) Management don't really think it's important or relevant to acknowledge, and just assumes the market will assume they ARE assessing both plans and will go with the best one.
(I conceed I may be the only holder who has a bone about this so maybe it is irrelevant).
or b) They are already heavily leaned towards a plan and don't want to aggravated half of the shareholder base if it's not the plan they want.
Don't get me wrong, I do favour onsite processing, but what I actually want is the best plan after both have been earnestly assessed without prejudice, whichever site that turns out to be.
Just driving me crazy they can't straight up say that this is what they are doing regarding the elephant room.
