In response to this latest presentation, there may be some who say, "so what? Louis has promised many things. These are just hollow words". Maybe. But here is why I think not.

You may have observed that a large portion of my posts is the result of trawling through Louis' presentations and announcements and interviews. Why? Well, I am somewhat cursed to be a lawyer and one of my jobs is to trawl through documents and statements on a daily basis. I look to see if people make inconsistent statements or make even the slightest inaccurate statement. I have gone through Louis' own words for the past year. He has given the same consistent message.

Another reason is Mesoblast. On 8 October 2020, a class action was filed in a New York on behalf of investors of Mesoblast Limited after Meosblast failed to gain FDA approval for their product. As a result, the share price plummeted. The complaint alleges that between April 2019 and October 2020, the company made materially false and / or misleading statements as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company's business. In light of this class action, you would naturally expect companies to be a little circumspect in terms of what they reveal about their prospects.

Now maybe Louis has never heard of Mesoblast nor the class action. He does, however live in the US - the land of the litigation hungry. Surely any CEO of any company in the US would be aware of these specialist law firms that are purely "global investor rights law firms" waiting to sink their teeth into the slightest misleading statement to earn themselves a gold mine. My opinion only.
