on past experience yes, all fluff with lashings of rehash. LDN will do his absolute best(which is not much) to create a sense of excitement, which is fine., in a way, it is the only thing he is good at! Lets hope the tech is the real deal and an actual deal gets done soon, before he raises more money at 3c....what a DH!
