However, welcome lesser rain continues in peak graingrowing districts, including Moree having had 36.8mm in 11.5 hours to 2030 AEDT on Monday 22 March, Walgett 19.8mm, 44.4mm at Condobolin, 40.8mm at Dubbo, 32.2mm at Trangie and further south, 14.4mm at Temora and 24.2mm at West Wyalong, the town with the higgeldy-piggeldy main street.
In the NSW Riverina, Narrandera's enjoyed 10.2mm while Tocumwal on the Victorian border has had 24.2mm, and Yarrwonga (Vic) 13.4mm.
