I wrote an email to Tony to ask if the Board has considered share consolidation since it might be attractive to institutions who buy above a certain price point and response i got is as below -

I’m not able to say whether or not such a proposal has been formally considered by the Board.

What I would say is that in my experience such events (a share consolidation) tend to occur at times when other major financial and corporate restructuring events are taking place, as they very rarely occur in isolation of other events. A consolidation would reduce the number of shares on issue and therefore increase the value of each remaining share, but history shows that they tend to be destructive to shareholder value unless they are also part of a major capital raising or financial restructuring.
