What intrigues me is that they cannot incorporate our IP into their proposed new products without a licencing agreement. As an EAP they can definitely test it but surely they cannot use it in a product without one.
And I would expect that you can't have a licencing agreement without an ASX announcement.
So will there be an announcement soon?
