Regal had 15.3m shares as at 24th Feb, so they've sold those shares over 55 trading days, or 278k per trading day.
I'd guess our average trading volume is about 2m per day over that period, that 278k would have had a profound affect on the share price, especially on low volume days.

From the OTC presentation we know the ESG rating is due in 2-3 weeks, the JV is as good as a done deal - sometime in the next 11 weeks - probably sooner, sell depth has always been weak, now we no longer have that Regal overhang. Shorts stood at 1.686m on May 5th, these guys don't have much time to cover them. All of a sudden the tables have turned.

I'm sure the shorters are making many phone calls checking Accumul8's statement. The constant selling would have got up Roly's nose, sounds like he may have found an investor to take those shares in that 1.5m crossing from Regal.
