I think that's actually profoundly wrong. Not being a holder means Silviu owes me no duty of care that's fine.

But what I am certain about is that policies about medicines affect the deliverability of medicines and the effectiveness of medicines. And everybody's opinion in a democracy sort of effects the policies that get made - really, really dumb stuff (widely expressed and held and voted on) absolutely will kill more people (including those voting and voicing against their own interests.
