In 12 months time we'll all be much wiser, and perhaps a little wealthier.
ADN's SP will fall within a range of 1cent to 10 cents.
If ADN miss financing - it's one cent. If financing comes home in Q1 - the mine will be all but built and on the cusp of producing by Xmas 2024 - 10 cents.
The third scenario is that a takeover is launched (ie Imerys, Iluka, et al) to get hold of the Great White, Chairlift and other deposits. 10 (plus) cents again.
With the price temporarily at 2.1 there is more to gain than loose for evergreen optimists. Pessimists, jaded and aged by ADN's pre BK history, look from their cave and see a landscape of fear.
Being a cautious optimist I'm thinking nearer 10 cents in 12 months time. But as experienced punters know it's 3 steps forward, 2 back, in the Snakes and Ladders bear pit of the small caps.
We'll all be much more knowledgeable, cleverer and good looking in 12 months time. And probably wealthier.
