    I might add that I've personally played the last week and a half - since last Wednesday's turnaround - really badly. I was side swiped by it at first and tried to 'fight' the move. And since it settled been playing for the next leg down - that's more or less happened but for markets like the XJO and FTSE been a very choppy decline - ouch!
