TG, well said. I mentioned that a few times and was expecting the statement by Thursday. However, it goes to show that you shouldn't EXPECT anything serious from EWC.
Legally they do have 60 days so even if they said they would do it in 28, they still have 60 days. But as I said before, I doubt they will wait that long for there is too much at stake here. Unless of course this whole thing is indeed just one big scam trying to hurt NWT for as long as possible. But I doubt that even if it all looks like a bad joke. Anyway, I would think we should hear something from the takeover panel rather soon. I mean what is the purpose of it if it takes longer than the 60 days for them to come up with at least a decision as to whether the appeal has been granted or not.
