I know you guys are talking about melbourne,but to me melbourne still overprice.
Sydney is the best area to buys now,especially in the west.
Anyone been to Cabramatta or the suburb near it.
Cabramatta is now vibrant with tourist and there are not junky anymore.
On the weekend you will lucky to find a parking spot close to the shopping CBD and so you may park 5 minute away from it.

This will hopefully help you find the prices of the recents sales or auction result.
