Hi pic...... not sure if you are are sending it as an email ..... but most times you can highlight the .... https etc on the very top of your screen ( then Ctrl and control c and go to the person and control v),

Was thinking of you today and how you are going on IF ..... did you hear how he even said that if you still (not you) fast for a good time and still eat the same (not crap foods) but just give the body time to work at what it needs to do ..... it is wonderful.
I so love fasting ..... but I am far from perfect .............just finished a 21 hour one. Would go more but am on meds that need food...... will see doctor soon. Am going to start a fasting thread so we can support each other.
