That's rubbish mate. You might think you're a great driver, doesn't mean you should stop wearing your seatbelt. And vice versa, just because you wear a seatbelt, doesn't mean you intend to crash. Standard practices are standard for a reason, many companies don't intend to raise but have a facility just incase (there are always unforeseeable risks). Doesn't really matter though, the large investors don't care about the CR facility and understand why it is needed so your vote won't matter...
