Hi 4profit, very good point. I'm a simple layman trying to make sense of an investment I made over 2 years ago. I do not know or understand how the intermate workings of an asx listed company is conducted. I'm just looking at the situation from another perspective..
Maybe yes, the directors gave themselves such huge portions of the company so they could do just that.. at their discretion be able to sell shares to personally boost the companies position..
As a small business owner myself any investment I make into my company can be paid back tax free of course once profits are made by the company.. I do not see how this couldn't be the case here..?
