You won't find any clues about any delays because it is most likely just a load of rubbish, continuous disclosure would mean the company would have to release that kind of news as soon as they become aware of it or risk the punishment.
This type of info comes from the same people who say things like, " My little birdie tells me that the anual report is due tomorrow" and three weeks later there is still no report.
I think you will find that the profit result was already factored into the current price, they may be a little undervalued but that will soon shake itself out in the comming weeks.
