have been actively investing and trading au small oilers for about 6 years and cannot remember more undervalued oiler, past experience tells me that the market will catch up sooner/later
the only risk here is that the directors will give the cash away on chasing/buying inferior projects but that won't happen becasue by the time the directors wake up to realise how much cash they have they will already be taken over
