In early Jan 2024, the top 1 share holder is selling off 61.6M shares, still he is holding the number 1 position in the top 20 list of investors.
His reason for selling is rather personal and it is yet to be confirmed. Definitely, it has nothing to do with the Chip itself nor the company's strategic directions, because the BOD has not made any announcement, yet.
The share price is expectef to plummet, in the early sessions of trading, of Jan 2024, allowing more investors to join the company at a very discounted price.
This is also an opportunity for investors who have bought 4DS shares at a higher price to bring downn their Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA).
In my personal opinion, this is a form of WEALTH DISTRIBUTION.
