Wealth distribution by default due to a financial change of one’s circumstances not by good deed.
By law, as per Corporations Act, if there’s any significant change relating to chip or the BOD, the company is required to make an official announcement, as soon as practicable.
We have a good trading system in Australia, second to none. It is highly regulated and there are severe penalties and sanctions for non-compliance.
