Although unlikely to happen, 4DS memory have the right to terminate the JDA with Western Digital.
In relation to James Dorrian, no one here can say for certain that he sold or transferred 6.8M shares. The fact is that he still holds 45M shares in one account represented in the top 20 list. He has transferred 1M shares before as a "gift" to his son and he may have done so again (Might be some Tax benefits or he may have sold through his son). regardless James Dorrian still holds in a single account $6.3M+ AUD in shares. DM is currently holding shy of $1M AUD in two separate accounts.
The development of the technology is progressing and for some it is frustrating to have been waiting for the mega pay day while trying to understand the copy and paste technical announcements from the engineers Prof. Dongmin Chen, Michael Van Bursirk, Dr Shehubabu Desu, PhD and Dr Guido Arnout, PhD. Weebit is much better with there announcements, for example weebit announced completing integration work with a selector and had a whole piece on it explaining its importance with a jump of 26% in the share price. Compare that with 4DS having a one liner using the term "access device". Also the term "smallest cell geometries" 4DS could have mentioned sub 28nm or sub 14nm without breaching the NDA to excite the market a little but they chose the very vague approach.
The below statements if worded differently would have seen the share price jump at minimum 26%+ from the recent high of 21c.
4DS really need to stop having engineers release announcements and have someone to help David with translating what is being said.The copy and paste directly from engineers is not exiting the market when it should if it was worded differently. Folks on the ASX already have trouble understanding the difference between MB and Mb let alone "access device" LOL.
