Are you aware of the specific metrics for any technology under development, from any company, anywhere in the world?

There is more than sufficient disclosure to validate the potential 4DS tech possesses:

• 4DS stands to neutralise the speed advantage of DRAM while providing superior retention many orders of magnitude greater. This retention advantage will reduce the level of endurance required for stable operation, while also significantly reducing energy consumption in operation. A 4DS memory is also expected to have a materially lower manufacturing cost.
• Successful commercialisation would expect to generate many billions of dollars of annual revenue given the global semiconductor market is approaching US$500bn annually.

Maybe I'm naive, but yeah I think this deserves a re-rate to well above US$50m.
