There is more than sufficient disclosure to validate the potential 4DS tech possesses:

4DS stands to neutralise the speed advantage of DRAM while providing superior retention many orders of magnitude greater. A 4DS memory is also expected to have a materially lower manufacturing cost.

Maybe I'm naive, but yeah I think this deserves a re-rate to well above US$50m.

There is not enough known about the specs to even make those assumptions. That is if they ever get anything to actually work which is a 50/50 proposition. The share price continuing to tank just says it all, no one believes anything this company says and that is a well deserved position they have got themselves into.
