4DS - Anything but Charting, page-411

A little off topic but on topic. I'm study my BENH in Computer Systems Engineering at the moment and am enrolled in a hardware course. Long story short, there are quite a few articles to be read from the IEEE site and many of them discussing RAM technologies. Just finished an article discussing aspects of Moore's Law from 1965, the progression of technology and how Flash / NAND memory is reaching it's limits (written in 2013) and ReRAM gets a good mention on how developments are coming about to 'give a new birth' to new technology to overcome the current stagnant progress in regards to speed and read/write reliability trade-off's. Obviously cannot share the IEEE articles are they are accessible via subscriptions from the university however if I can find a similar public article a bit later on when I have spare time I will share it however it further re-enforces my belief in 4DS and given the time frames, a successful product in 2019 would be perfect timing.... Mid-year I believe will be big.
