Apologies my original calculation was overstated by $1m.
Now that the Q3.17 quarterly is out its a much more simply calculation:
$7.3m cash vs $5.6m market cap
At 1.8c we are now trading with a $1.6m negative EV, not sure why anyone would be selling now. Even with the track record of management we have $1.6m of runway (4 quarters of expenses) for these guys to acquire something.
