I have such mixed feelings about your prediction.
On the one hand, my equity will drop a lot if I'm to hold through a retreat to 20c.
On the other hand, if opportunities like this go into pre-production at such a significant discount during construction and ramp up, then it actually doesn't seem that hard to make money if you're patient. That's a nice reassuring thought.
