umm those that can actually read a balance sheet

Go and look at how much cash G1A has in the bank, look at all the activity on the ground, and come back and try again.

I do agree cheap finance is not easy to get hence why it is taking longer than the market would like, but in the end what matters is the price given that the delay is not affecting progress of the project. G1A will get financed (soon I suspect) and once it does does anyone here think a MC near $100 million is full value?
