    I started my own line of research, wondering about Tojo financials - as that appeared to be the logical fly in the ointment.
    at work so cant post now, but August last year their first quarter financials showed a 3 billion yen loss, up from a 1.5 billionDYOR yen loss prior period.
    something like this might be a reasonable explanation for delay . Implications required a bit more thought.
