I really dont know. Could just be day traders, or new ITT holders wanting out for whatever reasons. But i do expect it to eventually head up. In my transition from ITT to HGO, i emailed HGO to learn more about their plans, and sought out some issues they had. HGO responded with impressive replies, also stating their confident SP will rise once everything stables, and especially when production starts.
