Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-2

This Indonesian investor increasing their stake again, to 6.2%. A correction from my last post when they lodged their original Shareholder notice, PT Karunia Bara Perkasa is a subsidiary of Harum Energy (the listed indo coal miner) and HARUM largest shareholder, it is a holding company for the family investments. Just me speculating but could this be more than an "just a small value stake"? Coal is sunset industry in Indonesia, likely these guys have been buying Nickel Mines with USD conversion (indonesian families/investors like this haven't held alot of IDR since 1997, most cash kept in USD) which over the last 3-4 weeks would give them a top (worst) entry price of 31.5 cents AUD into Nickel Mines (based on 50 cents share price and the FX @ 63 per USD)........and likely the best price they paid is around 20 cents with the USD conversion at 57 cents/ Per AUD. (BEEN VERY VOLATILE AUDUSD LAST 4 WEEKS) Nickel Industry in Indonesia has significant capital and regulatory barriers to entry, that is a very cheap entry in the lowest cost nickel producer in Asia, already with excellent production and SIGNIFICANTLY DE-RISKED FROM A EXPLORATION/START UP SITUATION. Just me speculating but could these investors be making a play, low stock price (in USD terms with the AUD so weak). Price to earnings hard to value with conviction in these special times but even versus IGO & WSA, Nickel Mines trading at 40%-50% discount on a PE basis. Bid coming?????????? lots questions there.........just me talking here like to here some thoughts.......
