    I appreciate the comments happy...but I think the general "sovereign risk" comment should be read in context with who and what RTG are...and Khopchai seemed to be throwing the comment out there, whihc without context may be seen to confuse punters that havent done their research or know the politics in Philipines, as well as clearly you do.
