I dont see why a no vote would be disastrous. Everybody on this forum seems to think the Merck are getting the company for a steal. I dont think this is the maximum Merck would be willing to pay for the technology. A no vote is not final it just says the offer on the table is too low. Viralytics has been very open to a potential buyout so why take the first offer if that is low.
At present I am voting No, but I can only make an informed decision when all the information is available.
