Well that Macquarie analyst just got slammed on AFR! Somewhat frightening to think of the enormous historical growth of a company like RHC given the baby boomers are only now reaching that 60-70 y/o healthcare sweetspot Chris Rex mentions. I think some of these analysts just try and get too clever and try to make a name for themselves with some bold calls, which have an uncanny propensity to backfire unfortunately. The business model and its drivers are pretty simple and all these healthcare reviews are creating a lot angst and confusion for those who can't see the bigger long-term picture. And no chance of HSO being under-utilised given they are already operating at capacity with their bed number limits (pending further brownfield and greenfield expansion) and with strong top line revenue growth.
