In regards to MGV (if ALK makes a move on MGV and right now we only speculate here while ALK may move on another company or not move at all) I think MGV will opt for going alone as they sound that way but I agree that the better option could be to leverage of another mill.
But if ALK decides to go after MGV then I am almost certain ALK will build a plant the size of the current Tomie mill. They are experts how to run such plant and will have full control over their operations. Such mill will not come at great cost and will pay itself off in short period.

MGV's ground is super fertile and I have no doubt ALK will find another 2-3Moz which will make that mine very long life and cash-flow cow.

Let's see what MGV's PFS-S1 looks like.
